Are your products fragrance-free?
The Deep Hydration Cream and PDRN Caffeine Essence Serum are both formulated without added fragrance. The Botanical Scalp Shampoo has a light mango scent from its botanical blend.
Is the Deep Hydration Cream suitable for sensitive skin?
It's formulated without added fragrance and has completed an irritation test (dermatologically evaluated, patch test confirmed). As with any new product, we'd suggest a patch test on your own skin first, especially if you know your skin is reactive.
Can I use the serum and cream together?
Yes — they're designed to layer. Apply the PDRN Caffeine Essence Serum first on clean, dry skin, let it absorb, then follow with the Deep Hydration Cream.
Can I use the serum or cream with Vitamin C?
We haven't run specific compatibility testing with Vitamin C. As a general approach, introduce new actives one at a time and watch how your skin responds, or use them at different times of day (e.g., Vitamin C in the morning, N84 SKIN serum/cream in the evening).
Is the shampoo vegan?
Yes — the Botanical Scalp Shampoo is a COSMOS certified, vegan formula, paraben-free and color-safe.
Are the cream and serum vegan?
We haven't confirmed vegan status for the Deep Hydration Cream or the PDRN Caffeine Essence Serum, so we don't make that claim for those two products yet.
Does the shampoo contain sulfates?
No SLS, No SLES — the shampoo is formulated with a gentler surfactant base.
Can I use these products every day?
The cream and serum are designed for daily morning and evening use. The shampoo can be used as often as you'd normally wash your hair.
